MB Dynamics Announces The Global Market Introduction of Its In-Car Driver Simulator

The MB Dynamics In-Car Driver Simulator is used to test and evaluate steering systems for: road-excited column and rack rattles: functional noises by repeatably controlling customer driving maneuvers; NVH issues; durability; and steering performance design verification. This system is useful to vehicle OEMs and steering system/component suppliers. MB Dynamics customers are able to benchmark their vehicle steering system to their quality standards and benchmark it to competitors’ products.

The MB Dynamics non-hydraulic In-Car Driver Simulator technology is quiet both acoustically and electrically. This gives you greater opportunity to identify, diagnose, and resolve root causes of annoying noises and performance issues in Electric Power Steering (EPS), Electric Power Hydraulic Steering (EPHS), Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS), Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS), Hydraulic Power Steering (HPS), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and Automated Driving (AD) steering technologies. The In-Car Driver Simulator like many MB Dynamics test systems can also be adapted for use in a Hardware in the Loop (HIL) test system.
